Terms of Service
Effective September 2, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SignalLeak. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use SignalLeak on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. The service
SignalLeak is a conversion tracking monitoring service. It is designed to compare tracking events with actual conversions and identify certain discrepancies, including missing conversions, duplicate events, value or currency inconsistencies, and related tracking problems.
SignalLeak is a monitoring tool and does not replace analytics, attribution, advertising, payment, or tag management platforms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and integration secrets, and for activity performed through your account.
You must promptly notify SignalLeak if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
4. Trials
New SignalLeak workspaces may receive a 14-day free trial. Trial availability and duration may be changed or withdrawn for future customers.
When a trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue using monitoring features.
5. Subscriptions and billing
SignalLeak offers monthly paid subscriptions. Current pricing and plan limits are displayed on the SignalLeak website and billing page.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize the applicable subscription charges when you purchase a paid plan.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal rather than immediately ending an already-paid billing period.
Access after cancellation may continue until the end of the applicable paid period, subject to the status shown in your account.
7. Plan limits
Each SignalLeak plan may include limits, including the number of websites that can be monitored. You may need to upgrade your plan to exceed those limits.
Attempts to bypass plan limits or technical restrictions may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use SignalLeak to:
- Violate applicable law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SignalLeak or another customer's data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Circumvent authentication, billing, rate limits, or security controls.
- Introduce malicious software or abusive automated traffic.
- Intentionally send unnecessary sensitive personal information through SignalLeak tracking events.
9. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the websites, integrations, tracking configurations, and data sources you connect to SignalLeak.
You are also responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions, or consents required for tracking technologies used on your websites.
10. Monitoring limitations
SignalLeak is designed to identify certain tracking discrepancies, but no monitoring system can detect every possible implementation error, outage, reporting delay, or data quality problem.
SignalLeak does not guarantee that every tracking failure will be detected, that every alert will be delivered immediately, or that third-party data sources will always be available or accurate.
You remain responsible for your advertising, analytics, reporting, and business decisions.
11. Service availability
We aim to keep SignalLeak available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party services, security issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Features may be modified, introduced, or discontinued as the product develops.
12. Intellectual property
SignalLeak and its software, interface, branding, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of SignalLeak or its intellectual property to you.
13. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about SignalLeak, you permit us to use that feedback to develop and improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.
14. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SignalLeak is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SignalLeak will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, advertising performance, business opportunities, or data arising from use of or inability to use the service.
16. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, abuse, security risks, violations of these Terms, or unlawful use.
You may stop using SignalLeak at any time, subject to any outstanding subscription obligations.
17. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as SignalLeak develops. The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated when revisions are published.
